With over 19 years of IT industry experience, he remains a hands-on leader specializing in systems designs, integrations, ICT infrastructure, databases, and cybersecurity.

His proven track record includes engineering and deploying critical infrastructure for banking, telecommunications, and public sector systems across the African continent.

A dedicated philanthropist, Wisely graduated with First-Class Honors from the University of Malawi and holds numerous prestigious certifications and awards in professional leadership and enterprise ICT.

Chikondi has over 15 years of experience delivering technology solutions across the banking, telecommunications, and public sectors throughout Africa. He brings a strong track record of successfully leading and supporting complex digital transformation initiatives, helping organizations modernize infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

He holds a Master’s degree in Communications Management from the University of Rwanda and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Malawi. In addition, he has earned a range of industry-recognized IT certifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with evolving technologies.

Chikondi possesses extensive expertise in IT systems design, implementation, and project management. His technical experience spans a broad spectrum of enterprise environments, including converged infrastructure, Unix and Linux systems, software-defined data centers, and cloud-based services. He is adept at translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.

His combination of technical depth, leadership capability, and industry experience positions him as a valuable contributor to complex enterprise IT transformation projects.

As Financial Controller, he leads the finance department with a focus on strategic oversight and operational excellence. With over 12 years experience, he maintains a comprehensive understanding of financial evolution and long-term goals.

He is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and also holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Malawi, The Polytechnic. Beyond his technical proficiency in financial accounting, Christopher is recognized for his leadership in streamlining financial processes and maintaining the highest standards of transparency across all our financial sections.

A seasoned Sales and Marketing Professional with 12+ years of expertise in IT solutions, I bridge the gap between complex technology and business success. I am recognized for building high-performing, collaborative teams and delivering tailored strategies in enterprise computing and enterprise resource planning tools. My leadership philosophy is simple: empower talent, leverage data, and prioritize long-term client relationships to drive measurable growth in dynamic global markets

With over 15 years of experience working across various IT companies and projects, Philippe brings a wealth of technical expertise alongside a strong understanding of sales and client portfolio management. His professional background is rooted in the design and implementation of enterprise solutions, where he has consistently delivered value-driven outcomes.

Philippe is a graduate of Mount Kenya University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has further strengthened his expertise by obtaining numerous technical certifications, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development.

A results-driven revenue operations expert with a decade of experience across IT, Sales Operations, and Business Development in diverse sectors. This diversity has given him strong technical grounding alongside a natural ability to build relationships. He believes in creating successful teams through continuous learning and consistent, intensified execution.

Amulike Phiri is a technology professional with over 7 years of experience in the IT industry, combining strong technical expertise with enterprise technology experience, business acumen, and leadership. His professional background spans software, middleware, database systems, and enterprise technology solutions, with extensive experience in the implementation, support, management, and delivery of technology solutions across complex enterprise environments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Business Information Technology from the University of Greenwich and has further strengthened his professional expertise through a range of industry-recognised certifications. His commitment to continuous learning and professional development has enabled him to build a broad and evolving skill set across enterprise technology and business solutions.

Amulike combines his technical background with a strong understanding of business requirements, client needs, and technology strategy. In his role as Technical Manager / Territory Manager – Tanzania, he focuses on business growth, client engagement, strategic partnerships, and the delivery of innovative technology solutions. He is committed to strengthening SPARC Systems' presence in Tanzania and contributing to the company's continued growth and expansion across the region.
