Administrative Assistant / Front Desk Officer- 1 Position
Job Description
Are you an organized, proactive administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Sparc Systems is looking for a versatile Executive Administrative Assistant to streamline our day-to-day operations, support key executive functions, and manage our Test Center.
Duties include:
Executive Support: Provide administrative support across all departments and assist Marketing/Sales during event execution.
Test Center Operations: Administer all exams conducted at the Sparc Training Center, manage client requests/renewals, resolve test center queries, and maintain operational documentation.
Financial & Inventory Management: Manage and reconcile office budgets and petty cash. Track stock levels, order office supplies, and source cost-effective vendor deals.
Facilities & Utilities: Manage utility accounts (ESCOM & Waterboard), coordinate office repairs with service providers, maintain premises cleanliness.
Team Supervision & Communication: Supervise junior staff (drivers, cleaners, grounds staff, security). Manage incoming calls, operate office equipment, and handle live chat customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven two years experience in Office management roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages.
- Excellent organizing and multitasking ability.
- Outstanding Communication skills.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human resources and information Technology
